- Audio request information needed to generate and cache pronunciation audio, including the language, voice, model, and text submitted for pronunciation.

2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate, secure, and improve Fluent.

3. Local Preferences
Fluent stores some settings locally in your browser, including theme, sidebar, language, and pronunciation preferences. Local browser storage helps keep the app responsive and does not by itself identify you to Radient unless combined with account activity.

We use third-party service providers to deliver Fluent. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us, such as authentication, database hosting, payment processing, infrastructure, email, analytics, logging, and AI text-to-speech generation.
5. AI and Pronunciation Audio
When you request pronunciation audio, Fluent may send the relevant text, language, voice, and model settings to an AI service provider so audio can be generated. Fluent may cache generated audio to improve performance and reduce repeated generation for the same request.
6. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, when you direct us to do so, to comply with law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Fluent, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and the reason it is processed.

You may update account information through Fluent where available. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, export, or other rights available under applicable law. You can clear local browser storage through your browser settings, though doing so may reset local preferences.
